Meet the board
Dr Naomi Katz
Dr Naomi Katz grew up in North West London and graduated from University College Hospital. She is the children’s lead for West London CCG and has held a number of positions at West London CCG over the last ten years. She has an interest in women’s health and mental health and is clinical director for West Hill Health PCN.She is also a governor at a local primary school and a trustee of a charity looking after teenagers with mental health issues.
Dr Tim Reynard
Dr Tim Reynard, GP at Lancaster Medics and Joint Chief Clinical Information Officer of Morecombe Bay CCG. He is an advocate of digital first primary care and patient safety. He has been instrumental in the roll-out digital services across Morecambe Bay and Lancashire.
Tarlochan Boparai
Tarlochan is currently leading the East Kent digital accelerator programme for NHS Kent and Medway CCG.
Dr Tauseef Mehrali
Dr Mehrali is a family medicine specialist, currently a GP partner at Willow Tree Family Doctors based in North West London.
Dr Neil Paul
Dr Paul is a GP partner at Sandbach GP within south Cheshire CCG, he is a dedicated healthech enthusiast with regular columns on digitalhealth.net. He is a director at Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership and Director of Howbeck Healthcare Ltd.
His main clinical interests are cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and rheumatology, he also holds a position as honorary senior lecturer at the University of Liverpool in the school of management, supervising PhD students.
Dr Yasmin Razak
Dr Yasmin Razak is associate clinical director at Neohealth PCN and GP principle at Golborne medical practice.
She has been instrumental within West London PCNs throughout the Covid-19 pandemic ensuring that technology systems were in place for all practices. Dr Razak holds a role as a GP trainer and has a strong interest in patient education and communication.
Dr Mohammed Munshi
Dr Mohammed Munshi is a regional clinical lead GP for Virgin care and lead GP at Purfleet Care Centre in Essex.
He currently holds the role of respiratory lead for NHS Thurrock CCG and sits as clinical director of his PCN. Dr Munshi’s special interest is in minor surgery and holds skills in healthcare technology, clinical research and innovation and transformation.
Dr Preeti Shukla
Dr Shukla is a GP at Primrose Bank Medical Centre in Blackburn, completed her basic medical training in C.S.J.M University in India in 2003. She came to England and completed her Foundation year in 2005 in East Lancashire.
Dr Preeti Shukla is a portfolio GP including 5 session GP partner, grassroots indemnity campaigner, GPC member at the BMA, LMC member for Pennine LMC and GP survival committee member.
She is currently a GP in Blackburn and clinical lead at NHS Blackburn with Darwin CCG
