Frequently asked questions
What does medical history mean?
Everyone has a medical history, which is simply a record of information about a person’s health and may include a variety of information so that doctors can make sure you receive the appropriate care as well as identify issues easily, such as allergies, previous illnesses, medication, surgeries, vaccinations, as well as information about personal habits including if you smoke and drink, if you’ve been pregnant, and your family’s medical history.
