Shake well before use. For children aged 6 months to 1 year, take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily. For children aged 1-12 years, take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) daily. For adults, take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) daily. Can be taken directly or mixed with food or drinks.
