C4 Original Frozen Bombsicle is a caffeine-containing food supplement powder with vitamins, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate and other amino acids. It is intended for healthy adults aged 18 or over to take before training.

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop of powder, using scoop provided in container) of C4 Original, mixed with 150-200ml of water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed daily dose and do not use continuously for more than 8 weeks.
