C4 Original is a pre-training food supplement for healthy adults, combining caffeine, amino acids, creatine and vitamins. Mix a daily serving with water before training; it provides 150 mg of caffeine per serving.

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop of powder, using scoop provided in container) of C4 Original, mixed with 150-200ml of water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed daily dose and do not use continuously for more than 8 weeks.
