R1 Whey Blend is an all-purpose whey protein powder made from whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and hydrolysed whey protein isolate. Each serving provides 24g of fast-acting whey protein and 5g of naturally occurring BCAAs to support muscle recovery and rebuilding when combined with regular training and a balanced diet. The Chocolate Peanut Butter flavour mixes easily with water or milk and can be used after workouts, between meals or whenever you need to increase your daily protein intake. Mix about 1 scoop with 180–240 ml of cold water, milk or your preferred beverage. Shake or stir until smooth. Use after training, between meals or whenever additional protein is needed.
