OstroVit BCAA + Glutamine is a powdered dietary supplement combining L-glutamine with the branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. It is intended for athletes and physically active people looking to supplement their daily diet with these amino acids.
Dissolve a single serving of the product 10 g (2.5 scoops) in 100 - 150 ml of water or juice. On workout days, drink two servings a day: one immediately after waking up, the other after training. On non-workout days, drink one portion after waking up.
