The formula is enriched with 1% L-arginine hydrochloride, an amino acid involved in nitric oxide production, plus a complex of 12 vitamins and minerals.\n\nCarbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after intense or prolonged exercise leading to fatigue and glycogen depletion, while the B-vitamins, vitamin C and iodine support normal energy metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
