Take 1–3 portions per day. Dissolve 1 serving (30 g of powder = ¾ measures) in 150 ml water, using a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume right after preparation. To adapt the intensity of taste to individual preferences, dissolve in 150–200 ml of water.
