A post-activity powder for physical endurance activities, combining carbohydrates, amino acids, minerals, vitamins and Ginkgo biloba extract. It provides a measured 75g serving to mix with water after exercise.
Immediately after the physical activity, stir 75g into 450 ml of water and drink in small amounts within 20-30 minutes. Wash down with another 200 ml of water. Do not exceed recommended dosage. 1 measuring scoop = approx. 25g. Stir in water according to the recommended dosage.
