NOW Ultra B-12 Liquid provides 5,000mcg of vitamin B-12 per teaspoon, combining three forms - cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin (co-enzyme form) and dibencozide (co-enzyme form) - for maximum utilization by the body. The formula also delivers 800mcg of folic acid alongside the full B-vitamin complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, biotin).\n\nVitamin B-12 plays a key role in normal brain and nervous system function, energy production from fats and proteins, red blood cell production and homocysteine metabolism. Since dietary B-12 is found predominantly in animal products, this vegetarian/vegan formula is positioned as especially useful for strict vegetarians at higher risk of deficiency.

Shake well before use. In the morning, take 1 teaspoon (5ml), hold in mouth for 30 seconds, then swallow. Take with a meal. Refrigerate after opening to maximize freshness.
