The formula also delivers 800mcg of folic acid alongside the full B-vitamin complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, biotin).\n\nVitamin B-12 plays a key role in normal brain and nervous system function, energy production from fats and proteins, red blood cell production and homocysteine metabolism.
