EVP AQ is a juicy grape-flavoured liquid food supplement with vegetable glycerol, betaine, vitamin C and botanical extracts. Designed for healthy adults training, it offers a liquid alternative to powdered glycerol and is mixed with water or a beverage before training.

Shake well before every use. As a dietary supplement, first time users should start by taking 1/2 serving (1 tablespoon) of EVP AQ for their first training sessions in order to find their own personal tolerance before proceeding to an additional serving. Mix 1/2 serving with 360 - 480 ml of cold water or beverage of choice 20 - 30 minutes before training. Advanced users can mix 1 serving (2tbsp) with 650 - 950 ml of cold water or beverage of choice. Do not exceed 1 serving (2 tbsp) within a 24 hour period. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.
