Hydra Flow is a daily hydration powder for healthy adults, combining CocoMineral with added vitamins and elderberry fruit extract. Mix with water to support hydration and replenish electrolytes lost through sweat during exercise.

Add 1 heaped scoop (5g) to a minimum of 500 ml water, shake vigorously and consume. Conteh Sports recommends using 1-3 servings throughout the day for optimal hydration.
