C4 Original is a Millions Bubblegum-flavoured powdered food supplement with beta-alanine, creatine, amino acids, caffeine and vitamins. For healthy adults aged 18 or over, it is mixed with water and taken before training. Each serving contains 150 mg of caffeine.

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop of powder, using scoop provided in container) of C4 Original, mixed with 175 ml of water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed daily dose.
