How should I take MultiSalt?
Take 1 capsule during and 1 capsule after high-intensity physical activity associated with significant fluid and electrolyte loss. Take the capsules with a big amount of water (500 ml).
Who should not use this product?
Do not use if you are being treated for renal and/or heart disease, high blood pressure or if you are on sodium-restricted diet.
