Each 25 ml ampoule delivers 3,000mg of L-carnitine from a 12% L-carnitine solution, positioned by the manufacturer for professional athletes and those following a calorie-reduced diet to support fat metabolism.\n\nThe recommended serving is half an ampoule (12.5 ml), taken once daily, shaken well before use.
