Mix 1 serving powder (100 g = 3 scoop filled to the top mark = 7 heaped tablespoons) with 200 ml hot or 100 ml cold water and leave it for 1-2 minutes. Consume it at any time of the day. You can combine it with your favorite fruits, nuts and other seasonings.
