Carbox is an unflavoured carbohydrate matrix powder with five carbohydrate sources. Mix it with water for use before or during training and competition, or to support carbohydrate intake after demanding exercise as described on the label.

Mix 1 serving (50 g = 3 heaped tablespoons) product with 300 ml water in a shaker bottle. Drink one serving before or during training and competition.
