Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing on initial use. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. 2 sprays delivers 800IU (20mcg (micrograms)) of vitamin D plus 20mcg (micrograms) of vitamin K2. 1-8 years-1 spray 9-13+ years-2 sprays (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner).
