Chocolate Cream micellar casein protein powder with an added digestive enzyme complex. Each 30g serving provides 24g of protein. Mix for use before bedtime, between meals, or 2–3 times a day as directed.
Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500ml of water or milk into a Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Shake and consume. Use just before bedtime for optimum results, but can also be taken between meals or 2-3 times a day. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
