Iron supports red blood cell and hemoglobin production and oxygen transport; vitamin C increases iron absorption, and folates contribute to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
Take 1 capsule once per day, preferably during or after a meal, and wash down with water. Do not exceed 1 serving per day (1 capsule).
