Why does not show the patient’s name in Outbox message?

If you have sent a message using a name Mail Merge (e.g. <firstname>), it will not appear populated within the Outbox if you check the text.

With the logic of the myGP Connect system, it does not have enough time to populate patient names in messages to display in the Outbox before they are sent.  They will generate when arriving on patients mobile phones.
