Why are certain slots/clinics/clinicians not appearing in Custom Reminders?

In your Custom Reminders section, you will be able to create customised Appointment Reminders from slots, clinics and clinicians on your clinical system.

What if you are not seeing a specific slot, clinic or clinician in the drop-down menu?

This will be due to that linked appointment type not having any bookings attached to it.

A slot, clinic or clinician will only replicate from your clinical system onto myGP Connect once it has been read as active slot by receiving a booking, if it is inactive, it will not pick up.
