Can I use the same Trigger Word across multiple campaigns?

When creating a Trigger Word for a Campaign Message, you will be unable to use two Trigger Words that are exactly the same on two simultaneous campaigns, the Save box will be unusable.

This is a precaution to prevent myGP Connect from sending an incorrect clinical code back to your clinical system.

For all active campaigns, keep your Trigger Words unique. Once a Trigger Word has expired, you will be able to use it on an alternative campaign.
