Which of my patients has the NHS app?
Your iPLATO Connect system is now able to send messages to patients via the NHS app if the patient has downloaded the NHS app and turned on notifications.
This information is displayed on your Home Page
The system will display how many patients have the NHS app, and how many have notifications enabled.
How to find out which patients have notifications enabled
To find out which of your patients has either the myGP or NHS app, and which have notifications enabled in the NHS app, follow these steps.
- Go to the Patient List
- Select the drop-down box App Usage and filter to what you want to find out
- Click Apply
- Results for app users will be displayed on the right-hand side columns
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Export to move these patients into an Excel spreadsheet
