When do I receive the Undelivered Report?
You can assign the Undelivered Report to a specific email address to summarise any unsuccessfully sent text messages in your system.
Depending on how often you have opted to receive this report, it will arrive at the following times:
- Daily: every day at 12am
- Weekly: every Monday at 12 am
- Monthly: 1st of every month at 12am
