What languages can I set in myGP Connect?
Messages can be sent in any language that is compatible with the 8bit encoding standard. Generally, this includes all languages that are based on the Latin alphabet.
Please contact iPLATO support firstname.lastname@example.org to check on the compatibility of a specific language that you wish to add.
Please Note: if you allow patients to use the CANCEL trigger word within the new language template, the trigger word must remain in English to function.
TOP TIP: we recommend that use a native speaker of the language you wish to create a new template for, over a automated software, to avoid any misinformation.
