What is the Friends and Family Survey that myGP Connect provides?

The Friends and Family Survey that myGP Connect provides is a simple questionnaire that will be sent to patients on the following criteria:

  • it will be sent 2 hours after a patient has attended their appointment
  • all responses will be sent to the assigned practice email

There is also an upgraded version available as an additional purchase named FFT PRO, speak to Account Manager for further details.
