What is the difference between My Inbox and Practice Inbox?

Within the Inbox section found on the Buddy toolbar, there are two tabs in the middle left:

This is the difference between them:

My Inbox: this section solely filters any of the practice users communication with the toolbar.

Practice: this section filters ALL practice communication with the toolbar.
