What is a message template?
A Message Template is a manually created message that can be re-used at any given time (e.g. a Flu Vaccine Invitation).
They are different to automated messages. Automated messages remind patients of their appointment, Message Templates are created by a system Users and then must be sent out manually.
The benefits are:
- Not having to create a manual message every time with sending
- Being able to assign a Trigger Word message to message
- Your message can remain consistent
