Why was a patient with double bookings, unable to cancel appointment?

If a patient is booked into 2 appointment slots on the same day on your clinical system, but wishes to cancel one of those appointments using the Appointment Reminder trigger word, the system will be unable to action this request.

It will however flag the appointment for your attention within your assigned Summary Report, and you be able to cancel the appointment manually in this scenario.
