Check User Role

Only All-Access and Clinician user roles will have access to the Consult feature.

Enable Dummy Patient

This will allow you to access the myGP app from the patient’s point of view. In addition, it will allow you to do test runs for Video Consultations and Manuel Signposting. For it to pick up however, make sure there are appointments available on it, and that at least one appointment has been booked under the slot.

Create a Video Consultation slot

Creating a Video Consultation Appt slot allows patients to book in and consent for Video call appointments directly via the app. To action this, you will simply need to create a new slot in your clinical system and activate as any ordinary slot in myGP Settings. For it to pick up however, make sure there are appointments available on it, and that at least one appointment has been booked under the slot.
