preGP will provide signposts for patients on the myGP app, even if their are no appointments available for them to book.

It will pick up in the following scenarios:

(For Emis users) If appointments aren’t available via branch locations

If appointments aren’t available due to an appointment type being fully booked

If appointments aren’t available due to the appointment type not being available on app
