How to use Templates?

Templates are available to toolbar users when creating a direct message to patients.

To use them, select Message icon from toolbar (second from left):

This brings you to the message pop-up box:

• Click on the Select or search for a template.. drop down menu
• Any existing templates will be found in this drop down
• Select relevant template, it will autofill the Write your text here... box
• Choose Send and save
