How to update the iPLATO Toolbar
Your iPLATO toolbar self-updates, so there is no need for you to keep manually updating your toolbar.
What version of the iPLATO toolbar should I see?
- Click on the logo icon on the toolbar
- Select About
- You should see version number 3.6
What should I do if I do not see version number 3.6?
If you self-installed the toolbar
- Your toolbar should tell you that an update is needed, click update now to action
- If this is not showing, please contact our Support team on help@iplato.com
If your toolbar was deployed centrally by your ICB
- Please contact your ICB Technical Support
