How to mark messages as ‘Done’?

In order to mark a patient reply as done, will help archive and clean up the toolbar workspace. To mark as done, do the following steps:

  • Go to Inbox on toolbar:

Patient responses received within the Remote Consultation Buddy toolbar, by default they will appear within the Open section of the Inbox:

  • Select the message you wish to mark as Done in the Open tab

  • Click Mark as done

The message will then leave the Open tab and be archived in the Done tab section
