How do I send a patient a DNA message notfication?

If your patient did not attend a booked appointment and you wished to send them a DNA notification using myGP Connect, below is an example template for a DNA message:

You did not attend your appointment today. Appts are in great demand & missed appts are very frustrating. Please, advise the surgery if you cannot attend.
