How are patients booking appointments with myGP even though it has not been enabled?

By enabling the myGP app your practice will be able to customise what appointments patients can book on the app.

However if your practice uses GPSOC (GP System of Choice), patients can still download the app and appointments marked as online facing will be made available.

Once the myGP app has been enabled, it will override the GPSOC option of available appointments.
