What are some examples of Custom Reminders?

Below are several examples of Custom Reminders you can create for Slot Types on your myGP Connect system.

Please Note: These are here for your reference only. However, if you do copy and paste them into your system, all text marked in BOLD will need to be manually updated.

Baby Clinic

Appt reminder: <dd> <mmm> at <hh>:<mm><a/p> with <doctor> at (sitename). Please bring your red book with you. If you can’t attend text back CANCEL.

Home visit

Home visit appt reminder: <dd> <mmm> with <doctor> will visit you at your home address. If you can’t attend text back CANCEL.

Telelphone Appointments

Tel appt AM 

Tel appt reminder: <dd> <mmm> with <doctor> at (sitename). The Dr will call you between 10:00 and 12:00. If you are not able to take the call text back CANCEL.

Tel appt PM 

Tel appt reminder: <dd> <mmm> with <doctor> at (sitename). The Dr will call you between 13:00 and 15:00. If you are not able to take the call text back CANCEL.

Tel appt without time  

Telephone appt reminder: <doctor>, will call you as requested on <dd>, <mmm>. If you no longer require the Telephone consult, please text back CANCEL.    

Tel appt without time and Cancel 

A reminder that you have a telephone appointment with <doctor>, on <dd>, <mmm>. Please note, if the GP is running late your call may be delayed.   

Asthma review 

Appt reminder: <dd> <mmm> at <hh>:<mm><a/p> with <doctor> at (sitename). Please bring your inhaler with you. If you can’t attend text back CANCEL.

Diabetes review 

Appt reminder: <dd> <mmm> at <hh>:<mm><a/p> with <doctor> at (sitename). Please bring your sample with you. If you can’t attend text back CANCEL.
