How to choose Send Time for Call/Recall message

To assign a send date and/or a Clinical Code, do the following:

  • Scroll down to the Step 4: Choose a Send time and additional Read Code (optional) section

  • Click on the field for Send Date
  • Select a start date from the calendar
  • Chose appropriate sending time from Send Time

In order to assign the message a clinical code, do the following steps:

  • Refer to the Read Code section
  • Click Add
  • A Read Code section will appear below

  • Insert the clinical code you wish to assign within the Read Code field
  • Once filled in, the Read Code Term will automatically fill in as well
  • The Read Code Comment field allows you to add an additional comment to give more detail about the message (e.g. flu invitation sent)
