How to choose Send Time for Call/Recall message
To assign a send date and/or a Clinical Code, do the following:
- Scroll down to the Step 4: Choose a Send time and additional Read Code (optional) section
- Click on the field for Send Date
- Select a start date from the calendar
- Chose appropriate sending time from Send Time
In order to assign the message a clinical code, do the following steps:
- Refer to the Read Code section
- Click Add
- A Read Code section will appear below
- Insert the clinical code you wish to assign within the Read Code field
- Once filled in, the Read Code Term will automatically fill in as well
- The Read Code Comment field allows you to add an additional comment to give more detail about the message (e.g. flu invitation sent)
