The Call/Recall feature will allow you to send out a campaign message to your patients and directly invite them to a specific appointment on the myGP app.

The below is a visual example of a Call/Recall campaign done for a Flu Campaign, and how the displays would appear on your patient’s myGP home screen:

The feature can only be used for a practice that has the myGP app enabled on the system. If you need to enable the app, please contact our support team on help@iplato.com
