What are the variable fields/mail merges for branch practices?

As seen in the variable field/mail merges section, these expressions can be added in order the software to fill in the relevant information with your Appointment Reminder.

If you are a practice with branch locations, a mail merge can also be added in:

For TPP/SystmOne users

• <clinic> – the name of the healthcare site (as specified on the clinical system, i.e. ‘Greenvale Surgery’) -TPP ONLY
• <clinic10> – the name of the healthcare site truncated after 10 characters (as specified on the clinical system, i.e. ‘Greenvale ‘) -TPP ONLY

For Emis users

• <branch> – the name of the healthcare site (as specified on the clinical system, i.e. ‘Greenvale Surgery’) -EMIS ONLY
