We announced yesterday some changes to our remote consultation module. We have been working hard and listening to feedback from our customers to make sure that we continue to develop a solution that best meets the needs of GP surgeries up and down the country, therefore today we have made a number of improvements to the Remote Consultation with video module. These are outlined below:
You will now be able to video call a patient directly from the patient list.
You can now start a voice call from within the remote consultation appointment list.
You will now be able to send an SMS invite to patients inviting them to download the app from both the patient list and from the Remote Consultation appointment list. You will be able to use the template message provided or edit it and send your own invite. Once a patient has been sent an invite to download the app, an icon will appear next to their name.
Filter for myGP and non myGP users
You will now be able to filter to view myGP users and non-myGP users in both the patient list and the Remote Consultation appointment list.
Extra patient details viewable
You will now be able to see the following information in the patient details section of the Patient list.
- Hearing Impaired
- Teenage Consent
- SMS Opt Out
- myGP Campaign Opt Out
You will now be able to add a comment to the patient details page.
