The app says there are appointments available, but I can’t see any to book

This issue has been fixed in the latest version of myGP that is on managed release across all myGP users. This will update automatically if you have automated updates switched on. If automated updates are turned off, use the Update button you will see when viewing the app in your respective App Store. This managed release should complete in the next few weeks.


We are aware of a bug affecting a small number of users that causes the Available Appointments Counter to show an incorrect figure.


Our Development team are working on a fix and we plan to release this as soon as possible.


If you cannot see any appointments to select, this is because there are no appointments available at your surgery to book online.
